Funky-coder Plus combines twin dual encoders and a funky switch with three modes (layers). For use with aviation sim and simracing. Great for VR as it simplifies the physical interface space.
The three layers allow the mapping of the dual encoders 12 flight functions such as NAV1/2, COM1/2, trim, fuel mix, heading, altitude, vertical speed etc. For racing it can cover fuel map, traction control, ABS, brake balance, brake migration, boost etc.
The joystick is fantastic for adjusting cockpit position when mapped to backwards/forwards/left/right and rotation mapped to height.
- 2 x dual encoders with push button
- 1 x funkyswitch with encoder, 4-way joystick and push button
- 3-way layer switch multiplies the above inputs providing 6 dual encoders and 3 funky switches in one device
- In mode 1 & 2 the funkyswitch joystick and push button is presented as (separate) POV (C/U/D/L/R). In mode 3 it is individual buttons (and center cannot be used).
- Dimensions: Approx. 70mm x 60mm x 25mm (52mm with knobs)
Inputs can be mapped in game as a normal HID device so it's compatible with all games, and tools such as SPAD.next and Axis And Ohs.
This example shows how you can map NAV1/2, COM1/2 and the joystick (with range zoom) of a G1000, plus volume, trim and view functions, with room to spare: https://www.s16n.com/projects/funky-coder-plus#example-config

This little panel punches well above its weight, for such a small foot print these dials are really handy
